All spare parts supplied by Firat Makine are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacture for one year from date of receipt by the customer.

Any part which proves to be defective in material or manufacture in normal use will be repaired or replaced with a new part free of charge, or credited to the customer’s account. This warranty does not include any charges for transportation, travel, labor, installation, progressive damage and any pertaining costs.

This warranty will not apply to any part damaged in transit, not used or installed according to instructions given in the instruction sheet (where applicable), has been misused, altered from its original specifications, subjected to unauthorized rework and/or repair, exposed to deteriorating conditions and/or inappropriate storage, and damaged due to negligence and/or by accident.
